📍 Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all areas within Cyprus via BOX NOW.
For international shipping requests, please contact us at mgperfectpets@gmail.com before placing an order.
⏱ Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed on the next business day.
🚛 Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times:
- Urban Areas (Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Paphos): 1–2 business days
- Rural/Remote Areas: 2–4 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods or due to courier delays.
💰 Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: €5
- Free Shipping: On orders over €50
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
🐾 Delivery Information
- Deliveries are made via our trusted courier partner BOX NOW.
- Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.
- You can collect the products from BOX NOW Lockers.
❗ Failed Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal of the parcel
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
